Before manufacture, think about how the cupboard will be used on an ordinary Monday morning, not only how it looks in a sample. Long garments need a different rail height from shirts. Deep shelves can become untidy, while shelves set too close together waste board and limit what fits. We also confirm the location of plug points, data outlets, cornices and skirtings so the finished cupboard does not cover something you still need. Samples can look different under warm bedroom lighting and strong Cape daylight, so view colour choices in the actual room where possible. Once the design is agreed, changes after cutting can waste material and add cost; we therefore confirm dimensions, finish, handles and internal layout clearly before production.
